Terms of delivery and privacy

The stock clearance prices are valid until 31 Dec 2026 or while stocks last. The crossed-out price is the product's usual market price in Finland.

Both private individuals and businesses can order. You get a confirmation of your order by email.

Orders are paid by bank transfer; there are no other payment methods. The account number, the reference number and the amount to pay are shown in the order confirmation. Always use the reference number when you pay.

Pay for the order right after ordering. If the payment has not arrived within 3 days, the order is cancelled.

We deliver the order within 7⁠–⁠10 days of the payment arriving in our account. We deliver in mainland Finland, to the address given in the order.

Delivery is free when the delivery address is within 100 km of Helsinki (in a straight line, based on the postcode). Elsewhere delivery costs €200.00 per order.

Engine fuel oil is delivered by tanker into the customer's own tank.

We do not take orders for delivery to Åland in the online shop. Contact us by email or phone, and we will arrange the delivery separately.

A consumer can cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Tell us about the cancellation by email at bestconvin.oy@gmail.com and give the order number.

The buyer pays for the return transport. The cost of the return transport is at most €200 per order. We refund the payment once the goods have come back to us.

Engine fuel oil cannot be returned once it has been delivered into the customer's tank.

Returns by business customers are agreed separately.

If a product is faulty, was damaged in transport, or the delivery does not match the order, contact us as soon as possible. Give the order number and attach a photo if you can. We will put it right.

The data controller is Bestconfin Oy. When you order, we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and email address, and from business customers the company name and business ID.

We use the data to deliver the order, to stay in touch with the customer and for bookkeeping. We do not use the data for marketing, and we do not sell it on.

We pass data on only to the carrier, for the delivery, and to our accounting firm, for bookkeeping. Order messages travel through our email service.

We keep order data for as long as the Finnish Accounting Act requires. After that it is deleted.

You have the right to see your own data and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Send the request by email to bestconvin.oy@gmail.com. If you think your data is being handled wrongly, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

The site does not use tracking cookies. The contents of your cart are stored only in your own browser. Your browser also keeps your last order (name, address, phone number, email address and the products ordered) on your device, so that you can open the order confirmation again. After 30 days it expires and is removed from the device the next time you open the confirmation page.
